What’s happening?
President Biden just signed an Executive Order that would require states to submit their proposals within 200 days on how they would support voter registration and also to modernize the Vote.gov website. This Executive Order would not override any laws passed in the states that would restrict voting rights because those would have to be overturned by an act of Congress.
